A superb story. I am almost speechless over this review for this amazing book. Every once in awhile, I will find a book that just speaks to me right where I am at that particular moment. This was definitely one of those times. Olivia has done such a beautiful job of writing a story that is so deeply filled with moments of God's grace and glory. Times when we want not my will but God's be done. This is a beautiful romance with lots of angst as Julian prepares to return to his native England after being gone for a decade. However, his job involves carefully transporting a young lady and teaching her about Christianity in preparation for a planned marriage. Around that basis this book has been written. I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and great characters that evoked varying emotions. This was a clean romance with scripture references at the beginning of each chapter. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoys historical romance.Vicki from Wyoming

This is great Christian historical fiction along with suspense from villains and a clean read romance with the usual firebrand red haired female and large long suffering stoic male. Much was done by Ms. Olivia Rae to endear the characters and make you cringe and fume at the acts of the two major villains. I have found an author I truly enjoy and the Christian element is wonderful.
Julian has one goal, fight in the Crusades and serve God. He feels insulted when ordered to escourt Ariane to her betrothed and teach her Christian ways. Ariane is full of spirit and fire that Julian can't control. Julian and friends will sacrifice any thing for each other, even their life. I found both story and characters wonderfully entertaining and fast moving. It's a book that deserves to be read more than once. It was a delight to read and review.
Revelation has lots of twists and turns making it exciting and entertaining from beginning to end. It's an unusual love story with likable hero and heroine and a lovable scoundrel sidekick whose own story is in the works. The titles of the stories in this series and the scripture verses before each chapter assure that though the romance is warm and real, it isn't explicit in its description.

I read them non stop. I could not put the books down!!!! Dear Mrs Olivia Rae, I am 60 yo. And I Enjoyed every page of these the books !!!! I cried and laught and stress over how the story will end! You captivated me completely. This serie is amazingly good for one's heart !!! Thank you very much!!!!
This was a page turner and great read! This author has come up with a new and original historical fiction written during the time of King Richard and his brother King John. It centers around Ariane an English noblewoman who has been raised in the Middle East and is to be brought back to England and retaught Christianity. The Templar knight Julian brings her back and learns patience and humility through it. He stubbornly refuses Ariane love. There is a lot of twists and turns and emotional roller coaster. An evil sister in law Jane tries to kill her along with the Kings friend Baldwin.
A sweet romance. Julian wants to serve God and do his will but keeps discovering his own pride has led him. I like how the story shows there are many ways to fulfill God's will. I did not enjoy it as much as the first book. I felt the ending was kind of garbled. The attempts to keep the couple apart felt forced. I'd give it 3.5 stars. Still, the third book has a captivating beginning. I'll probably read it.
Another excellent story by Ms. Rae. Like the first in this series, the story is true to the age, well researched and written and highly entertaining. I very much like that her characters have flaws and come to recognize those flaws in themselves and then seek God's help to overcome them or at the very least give them over to Him.
Our heroine was a little on the salty side in the beginning (I really wanted to shake her a couple times) ;-) but one comes to realize that there is much hurt and trauma behind her motivations. Julian, also, has his faults - he tends toward the pompous side - but the story works on him as well.
